The 2nd portion of the AAU Spring Fling is HERE!

The first tournament of May is almost here! The AAU Girls Basketball Spring Fling II is guaranteed to be a great time! This tournament will begin on Friday, May 8th and last until Sunday, May 10th, which is also Mother’s Day! What better way to show Mom how much you appreciate everything she does than winning an AAU Championship?! Last month, the AAU Spring Fling I competition had 111 teams vying for the gold in their age divisions. There’s a few more teams this time around, with 121, and the girls will be showing off what they have in preparation for Nationals.

Age divisions will range from 4th/5th Grade through 11th Grade and will be split into two divisions. Registration for this event will be held on Friday, May 8th, 2015 from 2pm – 9pm at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Don’t forget: A person listed as bench personnel shall register the team two (2) hours prior to your first game. Games kick off Friday at 5PM at the ESPN Wide World of Sports complex. The top two teams in each age division will receive individual medals and a team award. Since this event is a Super Regional, this is your chance to qualify for the AAU National Championships this summer.

If you’re a family member, friend or fan and are planning on watching the games at ESPN Wide World of Sports, you WILL need to pay admission. Daily admission tickets are available for $17 per adult and $12 per youth. Length of Event tickets will also be available for $34 per adult and $24 per youth. These tickets can be purchased at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Box Office.

We will be using our NEW schedule/results software, Tourney Text. This is a great software that we are excited to be using to help bring the schedule and results to our teams faster than ever before.
