AAU Prepping for Busy Month of Action

Among the events on the schedule include the 47th AAU Junior National Volleyball Championships, the AAU Junior Olympic Games and the AAU Basketball World Championships for both boys and girls.

ORLANDO, FL – The Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) is expecting a busy July as it prepares to host several national events this month.
 
Among the events on the schedule include the 47th AAU Junior National Volleyball Championships, the AAU Junior Olympic Games and the AAU Basketball World Championships for both boys and girls.
 
In light of recent global events and other changes, the AAU has kept the health and safety of our athletes our top priority, while staying flexible in our event scheduling and tournament venues. Since 1888, the AAU has brought top-notch events across the nation and strives to maintain an enjoyable competition environment.
 
The first national event of the month will be the AAU Boys Basketball World Championships. Starting on Tuesday, July 14 and ending Friday, July 17, both the boys will play at the Game Point Events Center. More information is available here for boys.
 
The 47th AAU Junior National Volleyball Championships, the sport’s marquee youth volleyball event, is scheduled to begin Tuesday, July 14 and run until Wednesday, July 22 and take place at the award-winning Orange County Convention Center.

Finally, the month’s AAU Championship action will conclude with the 54th AAU Junior Olympic Games. The events will take place in Florida’s Space Coast area from Saturday, July 25 to Saturday, August 8.
